Elias Tannous founded My Data My Care in 2024 after ten years deploying mission-critical software across healthcare, finance and cybersecurity — including several years as a Technical Account Manager on sovereign cloud infrastructure.
Convinced that health data cannot remain locked inside vendor or government silos, he drives product strategy, technical vision and regulatory partnerships. He works daily with general practitioners, DPOs and patients to validate the passport before launch — with one non-negotiable bar: every decision must be defensible in front of the French data protection authority, in front of a clinician, and in front of a patient living with a serious illness.
